What's Pouring

Golden IPA in a pint glass with hop cones and citrus on a dark surface Flagship
IPA 6.8% ABV

Witch's Hour IPA

Pine-resin hop bite wrapped in citrus peel. Clean finish, zero apology. Our most poured pint for a reason.

Dark stout in a glass with a thick creamy head, roasted malt beside it Seasonal
Imperial Stout 9.2% ABV

Night Shift Stout

Roasted barley, dark chocolate, a whisper of vanilla. Pour it slow — this one rewards patience.

Pale sour ale in a stemmed glass with bright citrus and fresh herbs
Wild Sour 5.4% ABV

Ritual Sour

Dry-hopped with marionberry and aged on oak chips for sixty days. Tart, complex, and quietly dangerous.

Crisp lager in a pilsner glass with golden straw color and fine carbonation Year-Round
Helles Lager 4.9% ABV

Clean Room Lager

Soft grain sweetness, noble-hop balance, impossibly crisp. The kind of lager you drink three of before realizing it.

Our Story

We didn't start a brewery.
We started a habit.

Witchdoctor Brewing began the way most honest things do — with a home-brewing kit, a garage, and an obsession with making something that tasted like it was made by a person, not a spreadsheet.

Years of recipe-testing, failed batches, and late nights convinced us that the beer people actually want to drink isn't the beer that's easiest to mass-produce. It's the beer that has a point of view. The beer that makes you pause mid-sip and think, okay, that's good.

We opened our taproom in Manchester in 2019. No investors. No corporate parent. Just a small brewhouse, a handful of taps, and a commitment to never cut a corner we wouldn't cut for ourselves.

The Space

A Taproom That Feels
Like Coming Home

Exposed brick, reclaimed wood, and a bar that's seen more good conversations than most restaurants. No cover, no dress code, no pretense.

Private Events

Book the taproom for birthdays, team nights, or anything that deserves better than a chain restaurant booth. We handle the taps; you handle the guest list.

Brewery Tours

Walk the floor, meet the brewhouse, and learn what actually goes into a pint. Tours run Saturday afternoons — no reservation needed, just show up.

Food Trucks

We partner with local food trucks every weekend. Beer and a real meal, under the sky, with nobody telling you to hurry up and leave.
